Lately we like beef very much. I tried to grill it, marinate & grill it as well as using a skillet to stir fry minced beef. And I would like to stew, braise, roast and pot roast it. However, buying meat in Estonia is not as direct due to the language barriers. If there is a particular cut, it is labelled in Estonian language. Hence while looking up for some help online, I chanced upon this chart and would like to share it with my foodie friends on Delish Recipes.
