Byrek is a thin flaky pie filled with seasonal vegetables or meat.

*Serves two based on using an 8" pan.

1 cup flower
6 oz spinach
1 cup feta cheese (crumbled)
2 green onions (chopped)
1/4 cup vegetable oil
pinch salt
1/2 cup corn starch
1 cup (or more) warm water
