1 lb fresh tomato (cored and quartered do not peel) 1 lb strawberries (fresh, stems removed) 1 tsp balsamic vinegar 1 sprig mint
Method 1 In a food processor or blender, puree the tomatoes and strawberries. 2 Add the vinegar and blend again. 3 Chill thoroughly, at least an hour. 4 Garnish with a few mint leaves.
